Welcome to our website on our initial proposals for the redevelopment of Trenchard House, Broadwick Street.

In December 1999, Trenchard House was sold by the Metropolitan Police Authority. The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) now owns the building.

After a competitive bidding process the HCA has chosen Barratt Homes as their development partner for the redevelopment of the site.

The HCA, Barratt and their affordable housing partner the Dolphin Square Foundation are currently developing a planning application for the site. A thorough community engagement process will allow local residents, community organisations and businesses to comment on the proposals being developed.
